Kate White Ladies Beauty Salon ("Kate White", "we", "us") operates beauty salons in Dubai Marina and Azizi Riviera, Dubai, UAE, and the website katewhite.ae. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you book with us or message us, including on WhatsApp.
What we collect
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to talk to clients. Messages go through Meta's servers under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Our messaging app, "Kate White Messaging", only accesses the WhatsApp accounts and phone numbers of Kate White Ladies Beauty Salon. It does not access any other business's data.
To stop marketing messages, reply STOP or tap "Not interested". We will then send you only messages about your bookings.
Who we share it with
We keep client records for as long as you are our client, plus up to 3 years after your last visit. After that we delete them or make them anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. To do so, write to us on WhatsApp or by email at katia.alferova@mail.ru.
Data deletion
To delete your data, send "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp or by email. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

- To send offers and news about our salon, but only if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop them at any time.
